By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding returns and refunds. Our goal is to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.  

Eligibility for Returns  

Items are eligible for return only if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.    
 

Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return. All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request  

Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to bytenestsolutions@gmail.com.    
 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos  

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos showing the issue. This will help us process your request more quickly.    
 

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the item back. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.    
 

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

In cases where an item meets only part of the return criteria, such as minor damage or missing packaging, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
